We hereby inform you that:

1. The administrator of the personal data provided by you will be the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, with its registered office in Warsaw (00-490) at 16 Wiejska Str. (HFHR);
2. The personal data provided by you will be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, for the purpose of the conclusion and performance of an agreement on the provision of newsletter services;
3. At this point, we inform you that the requested newsletter is promotional and may contain commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services;
4. The personal data provided by you will be entrusted for further processing to entities cooperating with HFHR, in particular entities providing hosting, IT, e-mail marketing and legal services, etc.;
5. The personal data provided by you will be stored for a period of three years after the termination of the service provision;
6. You have the right to request that HFHR grant you access to your personal data, modify it, delete it or limit the processing thereof, as well as the right to transfer your data;
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, in relation to the processing of your personal data by HFHR;
8. The provision of personal data by you is a condition for the conclusion of an agreement between you and the Organizer for the provision of newsletter services. You are not obliged to provide your personal data. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that failure to provide your personal data will prevent the conclusion and implementation of the agreement for the provision of the newsletter service.
